AUSTRALIA - $10

INTERNATIONAL - $25

All orders are shipped directly from our design studio in Bali, Indonesia by DHL.

We do our best to dispatch orders on the same or the next business day however please allow 72 hours to process your order.  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. 

A shipping confirmation, including tracking details will be emailed as soon as your order has been sent.

Please allow 3-7 business days for your parcel to arrive from receipt of your order confirmation.

Once your order has shipped and you have received your tracking number please contact DHL for any delivery enquiries, She Made Me is no longer responsible once your order has shipped.

A signature is required upon delivery and if DHL has an unsuccessful delivery attempt, they will be in touch to arrange redelivery. If DHL is unable to contact you, your parcel will be returned and can only be redelivered at your own expense. If your parcel is returned, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the order refund.

DHL is unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

International orders may incur duties and taxes in some countries. Please check with your local customs regarding duties and taxes in your country. She Made Me is not responsible for these duties and taxes and if the order is returned to the sender the duties and tax charges will be deducted from the order payment if it needs to be refunded.

 








RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are unable to offer exchanges, we instead ask that you return your order for a store credit and purchase your desired item as per the standard ordering process at our online boutique.

Please email customerservice@shemademe.com.au with your name and order number, stating why you wish to return your purchase. We will reply with detailed instructions and the return address.

All items need to be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we have received the return, please allow 3 business days for your credit to be processed. 

Items being returned must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed with all original tags still attached. The hygiene sticker must remain in its original condition for swimwear exchanges and not be removed, replaced or altered. She Made Me will not accept exchanges if the hygiene sticker has been removed or altered.

All of our styles are handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. We are happy to replace or repair due to the handcrafted process but not normal wear and tear. Email customerservice@shemademe.com.au if you believe your garment is faulty so we can offer you a replacement or store credit as soon as possible.

Please follow our garment care instructions to prolong the life of your garment.

All exchanges are sent to an address in Australia, do not send your order back to Indonesia.

She Made Me does not cover the return postage costs, these are at your own expense. We are also not responsible or accountable for garments being returned. We advise you to use trackable services and take note of your tracking number.

She Made Me does not offer refunds.
