A note from Sarah:
As it has been a few weeks since many of us have transitioned from the workplace to the home, adjusting and finding our flow takes time. We still find ourselves spending hours sitting, probably on a dining chair or at a table that isn’t at the most comfortable height. This all takes a toll on our beautiful bodies.
Fear not, following are some poses to help! These poses focus on stretching out the legs, releasing any tension in the lower back and loosening the hips whilst getting the circulation moving. I have also added a breathing exercise for concentration and focus as there is nothing more distracting then our own home!
